ARTISAN 4618 COMPLETE

Experience consistent stitching with the Needle Feed Mechanism, ensuring even material feed. Equipped with top and bottom gear-driven feed mechanisms, these machines provide enhanced control for precise stitching. The 4618, 4618R, and 4618C heavy models use standard size "G" bobbins and rotating hooks, while the 4618-LBB features a newly designed Big "M" size bobbin and rotating hook.

Capable of handling heavy or thick threads up to size z-207, these machines are perfect for stitching heavy-duty leather boots for forest firefighters, smokejumpers, or lumberjacks. The 4618 and 4618R models are suitable for stitching normal leathers for assembly and decorative stitching on fashion shoes and western-style boots.

With easy access for bobbin changes and a push-button stitch length regulator, the top loading bobbin mechanism allows for seamless adjustments. The semi-automatic lubrication ensures smooth operation and minimal maintenance, making these machines ideal for production sewing environments.

Optional reverse feed mechanism is available in the 4618-R model, allowing sewing up to 5⁄32" thickness. Additionally, the 4618-2 is a double needle version suitable for standard size threads with up to a 2.4mm or 3⁄32" gauge.
